I find this amazing.
At the same time, Shamathais a meditation style based on simplicity, simply sitting on the ground, focusing on the breath.

The practice of meditation is the path of fearlessness, sanity, elegance, awareness, gratitude, stillness and compassion. It is whatever you need and unfolds for each person differently…

THERE IS NOTHING MORE HELPFUL THAN HAVING A PERSONAL MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR TO DISCUSS YOUR PRACTICE WITH.

A MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR IS NOT A GURU, THEY ARE TRAINED TO OFFER GUIDANCE TO FELLOW PRACTITIONERS.

THE TYPES OF THINGS WE MAY COVER IN A 1:1 MEDITATION SESSION:

  • A general review of your practice

  • Advice about setting up your home practice

  • Questions about posture or technique

  • Insights you have had during your practice

  • Obstacles that may be getting in your way of a regular practice

  • Your reasons for practicing meditation- identifying this can help you stay committed.

  • Working with emotions in meditation

  • Working with emotions in post-meditation (in daily life)

  • How to go deeper in your practice

  • Advice about practice during difficult life experiences

  • General conversation about the spiritual path

INITIAL INTRODUCTORY 1:1 MEETING IS $79 FOR 1 HOUR

1:1 ONGOING MEETINGS $50 FOR 30 MINUTES

JOIN THE ONLINE GROUP MEDITATION

(EVERY THURSDAY EVENING 7:30PM/EST - 8:00PM/EST)

$25 A MONTH | $70 FOR 3 MONTHS
